Starting on Monday September 12th, the Faculty of Informatics in collaboration with Schweizer Jugend Forscht will host a group of young students from the German and French parts of Switzerland who will spend four days (Mon-Thu) at USI working on three small informatics projects in the areas of:
- Face tracking & recognition with Intel RealSense 3D camera
- N-Body Gravity Simulation
- Liquid Camera
The students will work in room CC-402 (Main Building) and will be assisted by PhD students Pietro Benedusi, Andrea Gallidabino and Jan Svoboda.
The final presentation event will take place on Saturday September 17th at the University of Bern where the young students from all over Switzerland will present their projects developed at USI, Uni Fribourg, Uni Bern and FH Brugg/Windisch.

A partire da lunedì 12 settembre per quattro giorni, la Facoltà di scienze informatiche in collaborazione con la Fondazione scienza e gioventù, ospiterà un gruppo di giovani studenti provenienti dalla Svizzera tedesca e romanda che lavoreranno su tre piccoli progetti infomatici nelle aree di:

- Liquid Camera
Gli studenti lavoreranno nell'aula CC-402 (edificio principale) e saranno seguiti dagli studenti di dottorato Pietro Benedusi, Andrea Gallidabino e Jan Svoboda.
La presentazione dei progetti sviluppati all'USI, alle Università di Friborgo e Berna e alla FH di Brugg/Windish dai giovani studenti provenienti da tutta la Svizzera avrà luogo all'Università di Berna sabato 17 settembre.
