Bachelor in Informatics

The Bachelor in Informatics offered at our Faculty is a three-year (6 semesters) full-time study programme, awarding a Bachelor's degree with 180 ECTS, in compliance with the Bologna Declaration.

The programme is structured around ateliers where students apply theory to real projects, interacting directly with the professors. Over the first four semesters, students work on group projects. In the fifth semester, students are required to do a field project in the industry. In the sixth semester, they work on an individual final project in which they use all the acquired knowledge to solve an interesting problem. Students are thus - actively and creatively - at the center of the learning process and develop solid technical skills and soft skills which are increasingly important in the business workd, such as working in a team, managing a project, communicating with the client, presenting their ideas effectively. Moreover, Bachelor students have opportunities for summer internships both in the industry and in the context of the academic research at the Faculty.
