Students of the Faculty of Informatics in figures

Data on students enrolled at the Faculty of Informatics are collected annually at the end of the autumn semester.

Definitions

• Country of origin: according to the indications of the Federal Statistical Office, the country of origin is the country where a student was domiciled at the time (s)he obtained his/her diploma valid for admission to academic education.
• New students: at Bachelor's level, all first-year students are considered new students; at Master’s level, only students who did not graduate from a USI Bachelor’s programme are considered new students.
