Institutional Communication Service

The University Services remain open and continue to offer their support, both in attendance and online, to the University community. In some cases, virtual desks have been implemented. 

Here is an updated overview of the modalities and contacts:

Human Resources Unit: the unit receives requests by e-mail/phone and remains available in attendance prior appointment. Documents dop off: in the mailroom (350), box Nr. 42.

eLearning Lab: the eLearning Lab continues to support the academic community online.

Equal Opportunities Service: remains open in smart working mode. The Service is available to provide personalised support to anyone who has difficulties with e-learning activities due to specific learning disorders or disability situations.

L'ideatorio: The interactive exhibitions and creative spaces at L'ideatorio in Cadro are temporary cloesed until 28 February. In accordance with federal regulations, the activities for schools with pupils up to 16 years of age remain confirmed. Inside the structure the obligation to wear a mask at all times is in force, according to the protection plan.

University libraries:
Starting 18 January 2021, the University Library Lugano
