Abstract:
What role will new technologies play in the way customers interact with products and services? What impact will their combination with new business models have on the definition of the customer journey of tomorrow?
In this talk, we will examine how the most relevant trends in this field are changing how we interact with brands and companies. Will our experience as a consumer be more immersive? Will we use our voice to interact with a brand? We are going to discuss real-life examples to get a better understanding of today’s customer journey and discuss how technologies like Amazon Alexa and Google Home can disrupt our habits as we know them.

Biography:
Francesco Magagnino is an innovative, customer-centric senior manager at Accenture Interactive (Milan, Italy) committed to driving new technologies in the retail and fashion industries. Francesco has a mixed background in Computer Engineering, Marketing, and Sales. He has experience in corporate and entrepreneurial settings with a strong commitment to human capital. Francesco covers leading roles in sales propositions and project deliveries both in Italy and abroad have shown solid experience in collaborating with international teams and C-levels stakeholders.
Last but not least, Francesco is the founder of TEDxVerona, an independently organized TED event with an audience of over 1,000 people.
