What role will new technologies play in the way customers interact with products and services? What impact will their combination with new business models have on the definition of the customer journey of tomorrow?
In this talk, we will examine how the most relevant trends in this field are changing how we interact with brands and companies. Will our experience as a consumer be more immersive? We are going to discuss real-life examples to get a better understanding of today’s customer journey and discuss how technologies like Amazon Alexa and Google Home can disrupt our habits as we know them.
