MATRICULATION
When?
- September 2-20, 2019
- 10:00-12:00 / 14:00-15:30
No matriculation on September 16
Where?
At Decanato/Dean’s Office – we’re located on the first floor of the Informatics building (#3 on the campus map)
- Bachelor > office 120(A)
- Master > office 119 (B)
What do you need to bring?
- Bachelor > Original High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Master* > Original Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
* excepted: double degree students and alumni from the USI-INF Bachelor programme - non-EU/EFTA students > also bring your passport and visa
What will you receive?
- Receipt for your High school diploma / Bachelor (they will remain deposited at our office for the duration of your studies)
- Enrolment certificate (if needed)
- USI documents required for the permit application/renewal (if applicable)
WELCOME MEETINGS
If you have questions concerning practical issues such as housing, health insurance, residence permit, and more, you can also attend the Welcome Meetings organised by the Study Advisory Service (no registration required).
