Parkomotivo is an on-street parking monitoring and information system for the city of Lugano developed by Bmob, a startup created at USI in May 2010. The company is focusing its efforts on providing parking information to the largest possible user base, using novel architecture that mixes dedicated sensors with data mining. Bmob co-founders are coming from both industry and academics, with decades of experience in mobile navigation, wireless networking and data mining.
