ABSTRACT:
Crime news investigation needs a 'proper' monitoring approach. We believe this could be tackle from the user interfaces and the crime ontology aspects. Therefore we want to design and develop an interactive news retrieval system. It is a news monitoring system which aims to organize, retrieve and present the crime news interactively and in a most effective way. In this talk, we will give an introduction and explain the modules of the system. Finally we will focus on the visualization of crime news content.
