Long Night of Careers 2025: the 10th edition at USI

The Long Night of Careers is a national event hosted by several Swiss universities, providing students and graduates with a unique opportunity to explore professional opportunities. The 10th edition will be held on Tuesday, 15 April 2025, from 5 pm to 9 pm at the East Campus of Università della Svizzera italiana.

The Long Night of Careers (LNoC) is an annual event organised by the Career and Alumni Service. This initiative connects local, national, and international companies with students and graduates from the university's various faculties, providing them an opportunity to meet in person.

The event will open with an institutional greeting from the Rector, Professor Luisa Lambertini, and the Pro-Rector for Education and Students' Experience, Professor Gabriele Balbi. Subsequently, the participating companies will offer various interactive activities:

• Company Presentations: information sessions on company activities, departments, and internship and job opportunities, with the involvement of USI professors.
• Company Corners: informal networking spaces with interactive activities proposed by the companies.
• Job Gallery Walk: presentations by professionals on roles and career paths.
• CV Counselling: individual meetings with human resources specialists to improve one's curriculum vitae.

The initiative provides students a chance to connect with prospective employers, enhance their application skills, and gather insights for their professional journey.

Registration to participate in all activities will open on 24 March 2025 via the USI CareerGate platform.
