Professor Barbara Caputo receives the Möbius Grand Prix 2024 for artificial intelligence in the service of society

The award ceremony of the Grand Prix Möbius 2024 for artificial intelligence at the service of society will be held on Monday, December 9 2024, at Aula polivalente (USI-SUPSI East Campus Lugano).

The prize will be awarded to Barbara Caputo, Full Professor at Politecnico di Torino and Director of the Hub on Artificial Intelligence at the same university, for her commitment to the development of a sustainable and inclusive AI model. The award ceremony will feature a speech from Alessio Petralli, Director of the Möbius Foundation, and a laudation by Professor Andrea Emilio Rizzoli, Director of the Dalle Molle Institute for Artificial Intelligence (IDSIA USI-SUPSI), who will highlight Caputo's extraordinary contribution to the field of AI. For personal reasons, Professor Barbara Caputo will not be able to attend the event.
