Company presentation: The Swatch Group Services

On Thursday, 5 December 2024, the presentation of Swatch Group Services Ltd, a company active in the world-renowned watchmaking sector, will take place at the East Campus Lugano of the Università della Svizzera italiana (USI).

Swatch Group Services Ltd is a dynamic company inside the Swatch Group, providing high-quality services to Group organisations worldwide. Their expertise spans logistics, IT, customer service, and real estate. Additionally, they host a large IT competence centre that supports 17 brands distributed across 50 countries. The presentation will give an overview of Swatch Group Services and its primary IT activities. Two technical engineers will share insights into their work and daily experiences within the company.

The event will be introduced by Prof. Marc Langheinrich, Dean of the Faculty of Informatics at USI. Other participants will include Aliénor Dro, HR Business Partner; Tomorr Sinani, Security Engineer; and Elia Maggioni, Junior DevOps Engineer.
