About Me

I started my PhD in October 2012 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Rolf Krause at the Faculty of Informatics of the University of Lugano (USI).

In June 2012 I obtained my Master of Science of Informatics (major in Computational Science), with the thesis Parallel Surface and Volume Projections for FEM Simulations on Unrelated and Arbitrarily Distributed Meshes under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Rolf Krause .

From May 2010 to May 2012 I worked as a student research assistant at the ICS, the Institute of Computational Science in Lugano.

Me and my colleagues have created a small development team that is actively creating software solutions and applications in many different areas (e.g. scientific computing, mobile applications development, web development, etc.).

My current interests are high performance computing, scientific simulations, computer graphics, geometry processing, image processing, and differetial geometry.
