Welcome to my web page. I am a Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Informatics, University of Lugano and a member of Distributed Computing Lab led by Prof. Fernando Pedone. I am also co-advised by Prof. Antonio Carzaniga.

My research interests are overlay networks, content-based networking and in general, networked systems.  During my Ph.D., my research has mostly centered around large-scale multicast communication. In the past, I was involved in Colloc project, exploring overlay multicast for media streaming. Currently, I work on content based networking and Pub/Sub systems.

I am an avid GNU/Linux and other FOSS user. I enjoy hacking stuff, doing low level programming and building things. When I'm not doing these things, I hang out with my peers, read, listen to music and cook.
