Education

From September 2016 I’m a Ph.D. student in the Software Institute of Faculty of Informatics at the Università della Svizzera Italiana (USI), Switzerland. I am currently working under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Gabriele Bavota and Prof. Dr. Michele Lanza in the REVEAL research group.

I earned my master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Alexander Serebrenik at Technische Universiteit Eindhoven, the Netherlands in 2016. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering at South China University of Technology, China in July 2014. I was a visiting student of the CHISEL group at University of Victoria, Canada from September to November in 2015.

Research

My interests span a wide range of fields in software engineering. Specific topics include program comprehension, mining software repositories, software evolution, and social aspects of software engineering. I am also interested in natural language processing and information retrieval.
